It's amazing how the people who have all the money get all the attention? I guess he's always been a bit eccentric, even when he used to live in Seatoun you hardly ever saw him. He always had the biggest houses, damn good investments when you think about it, house prices in Seatoun are ridiculous, largely thanks to the presence of Peter Jackson and the LOTR film crew being spotted at various cafe's around. Whats the name of that one in Scorching Bay?

I wonder if anyone has done a study to see what Peter Jackson is worth to the NZ economy?

Chocolate Frog, or Chocoolate Fish ... one is in Dcorching Bay the other over the hill in Miramar itself (garden centre on the main street)
