Palenque

These photos come from the last segment of my trip, mushrooms not included. I can no safely say that I understand the meaning of 'jungle fever'. Cos it's damn hot under them leaves, sweating constantly, and from everywhere. As an Austrayan I know would say: "sweating like a a paedophile in a kindergarten". But that is not very appropriate. Did the tour of the ruins, and I can say that these ones were not nearly as good as Angkor Wat in Cambodia - a damn site cheaper mind you. But then that probably had something to do with it.

Agua Azul - turquoise water. A great place to cool down, play jungle man, swing from vines into the water, generally frolic etc...speaking of jungle men - this is what you do in Palenque.
