Shallow and vague

According to English Nature..to get to the top, you need to master the art of being shallow and vague. Or fuzzy and disjointed. Or just repeat things your boss says in a slightly different way and you are there! Easy. There are sooooo many 'blaggers' around the workplace. You know - the people that can say the right thing without actually doing anything. Or the people that can avoid doing anything and still get a good rep.

That's my dream...
